You will learn basic yoga terminology, postures, the use of props, proper alignment, breathing and meditation techniques.  You will build this foundation of your practice with this class.  Jodi will provide options for each pose so that people of every level of health will feel uniquely and successfully challenged.  Yoga mat is required.  Registration is $100.00 before September 14th, after September 14th it is $120.00

Yoga classes are instructed by Jodi Cassell, RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)  Drop ins are welcomed at our yoga classes.  $15.00 per drop in.
